►Do not take NASACORT AQ if you have had a reaction to triamcinolone acetonide or to any of the other ingredients in NASACORT AQ.
►What to avoid when taking NASACORT AQ:
Patients using corticosteroids that weaken the immune system are more susceptible to infections and should avoid exposure to chickenpox or measles.
►What you should tell your Doctor before using NASACORT AQ:
- if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant
- if you breastfeeding
- if you are exposed to chickenpox or measles
- feeling unwell or have any symptoms that you do not understand
►Also tell your doctor:
- if you recently had nasal ulcers, nasal surgery, or trauma.
- if you have a history of eye problems or experience a change in vision.
- about all the medicines you take, including prescription and non-prescription medicines, vitamins, and herbal supplements.
►Children
Intranasal corticosteroids, including NASACORT AQ, may cause slowed growth in children. NASACORT is not for children under the age of 2 years.
POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS
►MORE COMMON SIDE EFFECTS:
- sore throat
- headache
- nose bleeds (If you have an increase in nose bleeds after using NASACORT AQ or the inside of your nose hurts, contact your healthcare provider)
INGREDIENTS
Active ingredient:
- triamcinolone acetonide
Other ingredients:
- microcrystalline cellulose, carboxymethylcellulose sodium, polysorbate 80, dextrose, benzalkonium chloride, and edetate disodium are contained in this acqueous medium; hydrochloric acid or sodium hydroxide may be added to adjust the pH to a target of 5.0 within a range of 4.5 and 6.0

NASACORT could harmfully interact with some drugs that are available in pharmacies (this includes minerals, vitamins, herbal products, etc). Ask your personal physician if you may take any other drugs during your treatment with this medicine.
